Thank you VIVA.. Even that it was long ago, the dryness of the air - its cold, cold, crispness. As seen, High Peak, and barely the ledges beneath it, where all that the sun touched at that hour. I stayed on site for quite sometime attending South Mountain (at far right and front) being illuminated as well. Peaceful indeed! If you look close, just below the highest peak, there is a brake in the texture of the snow covered trees. It is at that point that the ravens begin their formation and gather waters from each side that cascade ever downward to fill the Kaaterskill Creek and flow pass all that we call the Hudson Valley, until the Hudson washes to the Atlantic. But nowhere along that journey is the water again fresh and flavorful, as in the Clove, beneath High Peak and those temporal ravens. (I know you saw the latest image of the ravens - that is a story in itself!). Merci VIVA!

Terrance, this is especially beautiful, dare I say,and mean: awesome. It is a place to dream of, to experience.....I wish I could do so. And so, thank you, for the peace I find here in this lovely landscape, county I used to know, as a wee girl, too long ago, when I was dreamy....fv.......VIVA
